Registration for Linden Youth Football & Cheer 2010 Season is underway. The documents participants will need to submit to complete the registration process are:
1) Completed Registration Form
2) Registration Fees
3) A copy of a County Certified Birth Certificate
4) Doctor’s Physical participation form/release
5) A copy of Medical Insurance card
6) Adult Code of Ethics Signed
All documents must be submitted to LYFC by , the official start of the 2010 Season. The deadline for Early Registration is MAay 16, 2010 at Cherry Festival located at Linden Elementary School. You may mail your registration packet to our PO Box 1060, Linden, CA 95236
